Kaiserreich Cosmetic Tweaks
NOTE: Game rules are broken and I don’t know how to fix. For IRE, pick the colour ideology you want. For SIK and Canada, it’s the same as normal.

Makes some cosmetic changes to Kaiserreich which barely affect any ingame balance. They are:
* Henry Herbert Stevens always leads Canada’s National Populist party, instead of Diefenbaker
* Sheng Shicai’s ideology slot is now National Populist, unless he supports Wang’s or Hu’s LKMT
* Ireland’s political parties have been reordered such that Eamon de Valera is now Social Conservative
* German East Asia has new opposition parties

Sheng Shicai was a communist:
He collaborated with the USSR when he felt it was beneficial for him, but when he felt ready he had a number of Communists including Mao’s brother Mao Zemin executed and went on to flee the Communist party and become an influential part of Chiang’s right wing nationalist dictatorship. In my opinion actions speak louder than words.
Sheng Shicai should be PatAut, Jin Shuren should be moved to NatPop:
Jin Shuren is in the PatAut slot to show how his policies are more elitist than Sheng’s, who seeks to radically upend Xinjiang’s institutions. Jin Shuren, in my opinion, lacks the "Populist" part of NatPop – this does NOT mean he was moderate.

There’s more that could be done but I want a release of the mod out so I can focus on other things. I won’t say this will never be updated, but it’s a low priority.
