[ROA] Air Rework
Adds a few Anti Air/Air Base and Radar techs. Air Base level unlocks are earned earlier and Max Radar is now level 5.
Increases the range of all planes especially Strategic Bombers.
Increases the speed of all planes so it doesn’t take 5 years for them to move to a new air base.
Tactical Bomber type aircraft can now do ground attack missions.
Adds an Air Doctrine
Planes no longer require front line command teams to be researched.
Changes to transportation vehicles to give them better armor and anti air so they have a better chance against planes.
Add Season 140 transportation vehicles, they have less armor but at a lower production cost.
This Mod is a work in progress and might have a few balance issues but it is at least functional
This mod is only in English as I don’t know any other languages
