Displayes subideologies instead of main ideology on politics and diplomacy menu.

GUIDE IF ADDING NEW SUBIDEOLOGIES
go to common/scripted_localisation/subideologies.txt
go to the right archetype ideology and look what it should look like from others and add a trigger and a localization key
