好吧，这其实就是一个用于消灭研究、宣战、和谈、租借等弹窗的看海MOD。开启本MOD后，玩家只要在控制台输入【fow】和【observe】，就可以自由欣赏钢铁雄心世界的风云变幻，而不会有弹窗干扰了。这也满足了部分制作看海视频的玩家的需要。本MOD【适配于任何】钢铁雄心4本体与【大多数MOD】。

Well, this is a MOD for optimizing the observer modee and liminating pop-ups, such as Research, Declaration of Wars, Peace Talks, Leases, and so on. With this MOD enabled, players can simply type 【fow】and【observe】 on the console and enjoy the world of HOI4 without any popups. This also meets the needs of some players who make videos to watch the sea(Observer). This MOD is suitable for any version of the HOI4 and vast majority of mods.

Update 20230406: Improved the sea viewing experience when the interface is reduced: players can now see division cards when the interface is reduced. It speeds up the flow of time a little bit, maybe.
