Industry Adjustment
This mod "fixes" (In my opinion this is incorrect) the concentrated and dispersed industry. The modifier that allows for +20% max factories in a state should not be the same. This makes no sense, concentrated industry should allow for more factories in a state due to the less space taken up by concentrated industry. This mod fixes that. This mod should be compatible with all mods that do not change that part of the industry. This also means that it should work with any or no dlc.
