OWB – Unleashing the Monster
"OWB – Unleashing the Monster" builds upon the post-Hangdogs war section of Lanius’s tree for players who choose to continue building up the legacy of the Monster of the East instead of being directly assimilated into the Legion.
The mod:
– Adds 27 new focuses for the final third of Lanius’s focus tree, allowing him to ravage Mexico and undo Paullus’s failure, pursue emergency wartime policies and more!
– Adds 7 new events fleshing out the final chapter of Lanius’s story.
– Removes checks on the Colorado and Texas conquest mini-trees, allowing Lanius to go down both paths regardless of whether he has chosen to remain in the Legion or strike out on his own.
– Rewrites some of the localisation for these paths to account for Lanius being either independent or part of the Legion, framing his loyalties to be more ambiguous.
– Adds 2 new formable nations hinging on the player’s relationship with Caesar’s Legion.
