fix reworked map 1.10.1
I am not the author
i stole this mod
this mod is about 2 year.
when 1.6 update,this mod become unplayable, so the author delete this mod.
2019,@Quackers fix this mod

but that was not perfect,it will crash when creating group army in game
and soon he delete the mod too

many map mod i made is based on this mod’s file
So from a moral point of view, i should fix it
※this mod change country colors,maybe will be colors bug with using overhaul mods
if you dont want that,try delete "commoncountry" in mod folder
