Shadow Over Russia; or SOR; is a submod which adds a new monarchist path to Russia in Kaiserredux.

This will include:

A new political organization which is known as the "National Organization of Russian Monarchists".

New officers for Russia.

Sergey Taboritsky as the leader of NORM; who can assassinate the leader in order to take power.

A new focus tree path which will allow you to create a Russian Kingdom under Sergey Taboritsky; or Sergey I.

And more to come.
