Description:

As the title described, all the exclusiveness in the communist political line has been deleted.
Most of the character can now be selected even Kerensky.
Coring Decisions added to core the Baltic states, Karelia, Eastern Poland, Bessarabia, Alaska, South Sakhalin and Carpathian Ruthernia.

Jan. 2nd Update:
– Fix the bug that some Trotskist character cannot be selected.
