After the Weltkireg, the channels islands proclaimed its independence from the British Empire, and transformed into a total isolationist state!

-How i unlock the "Shadow State Business" tree?

Wait until the Black Monday, then an event will fire that let you unlock that tree

The mod requires obviously Kaiserredux since this is a submod for that mod
