What if the world was ruled by cats?

–CONTENT–

All starting leaders of every nation with a non vanilla focus tree are made into cats. New loading tips, loading screens and logo added as well.

-NOTE–

This mod is very far from being complete and is a passion project. Updates will come out slowly but they will come out. Currently the roadmap is to give cat portraits to all major country leaders then give them to the vanilla countries.
