TNO1.4.1更新后虽然哈特的bug已经修复，但制作组的数值设计还是有些抽象了，本mod旨在降低一点哈特线心率表中预算相关的难度
第一次做mod，测试用

经过适当考虑，本mod目前还提供部分bug修复，所有修过的bug都会写在改动说明里
