CHANGES
Adds a different path in Warlord China Focus
Added the Tang, Ming, Yuan, Jin, Hongxian and Taiping
Yunnan, Xibei San Ma, Shanxi, and Guangxi can now form their own empires
New Idea for the Mandate of Heaven
The Heavenly Kingdom can now be formed by the Guangxi!
Great Yuan can now be formed by Sinkiang
Yunnan can now from Qin and Tang
Xibei San Ma can now form Han and Jin
