Description:

This mod aims to tweak the naval system in Vanilla HOI4.

Features:
-Cheaper ship modules (most modules have their IC cost halved). Hulls are still the regular IC cost.
-Fuel usage is halved
-Fire control is buffed to make it more relevant to research
-Active sonar is greatly buffed to reflect its effectiveness against submarines in real life
-Removes the restriction of not being able to mount CL guns and CA guns at the same time, effectively allowing you to use the old naval meta.
