Description:

Some Salad wacky mod changes to TFB

Current Patch (Please look in change log section for other patches since i can no longer list all patches due to steam having a cap on word limit in descriptions):

Patch 27
-Fixed some bugs with special forces having negitive equipment
-Reverted Soviet civ spawn ins from focuses to (so they spawn 4 in the same state each time)
-Added more clear indications to Soviet 5 Year plan on the GUI what you need and gain
-Australia and South Africa should (i am not good at ai modding side of things) do industry focuses first
-Annex decisions will now give cores (Canada annexing saf ect.)
Pulled changes from TFB\\:
– New Loading Screen
– ALERT_SFX_COOLDOWN_DAYS = 14 -> 3 — After playing an alert sound, don’t play the same sound for XXX days, even if it fires again.
– Fixed the tooltip for General Motors to be better
– Fixed tooltip for the Border War to show the correct doctrine reduction
– Fixed doctrine reduction from the Border War winner
– Fixed a bug where the first research for GBP was still eating Doctrine Bonuses
– Fixed a tooltip issue claiming that the Raj Jungle Training granted Jungle bonuses to ALL infantry, when it was only to special forces
– Added new Localization to tell you how many radios your radio tech need, and how many you have
– Land Doctrine now costs 125 each instead of 100
– Radios no longer grant .2 Air Attack
– Squad Weapons Air Attack .2/.3/.4/.4 -> .1/.1/.1/.1
– Canada "Bits and Pieces Program Improvements" Max Production Effeminacy 10% -> 5%
– French Expanded Citizenship Non-Core Manpower 10% -> 5%
– French Colonial Recruitment Non Core Manpower 20% -> 10%
– French Colonial Recruitment Experience Game Army Factor 25% -> 10%
– Free French ‘Cheaper Infantry Divisions’ Now grants 5% cheaper Infantry and Squad equipment instead of 7.5% Squad, AT, and AA
– Free French Army Capstone no longer grants 10% Army Attack and Defense, or 100 Army XP
– French Terrain bonus changes from picking what terrains at 10%/5%/5% to 20% Terrain Trait XP Gain Factor
– Magnetic Detonator Research Torpedo Attack 10% -> 5%
– Homing Torpedo Research Torpedo Hit Chance 10% -> 5%
– SCREENING_EFFICIENCY_PENALTY_ON_MINIMUM_POSITIONING = .25 -> 0.15 — screening efficiency (screen to capital ratio) at 0% positioning
– COMBAT_TORPEDO_CRITICAL_DAMAGE_MULT 4 -> 3.5
– COMBAT_EVASION_TO_HIT_CHANCE_TORPEDO_MULT 10% -> 20%
– COMBAT_ARMOR_PIERCING_CRITICAL_BONUS 1 -> 2
– Efficient Communications Spirit Positioning 15% -> 10%
– Rain now grants a -5% torpedo hit chance, matching normal naval hit chance
– Storms now grant a -10% torpedo hit chance, matching normal naval hit chance
– Night now grants a -15% torpedo hit chance (normal is -25%)
– Destroyer Leader Naval Damage and Torpedo Hit Chance 10% -> 5%
– Loading Drill Master Torpedo Cooldown 25% -> 15%
– Ship Torpedo Module Damage 15/20/25/30 -> 14/18/22/26
– Ship Torpedo Module no longer grants 0/1/1.5/2% Torpedo hit chance
– Cruiser Armor now grants 10/20/30% Torpedo Crit Reduction, up from 5/10/15%

-Fixed some bugs with 2nd 5 year plan
-Tweaked Ai on South Africa and Australia

This mod full intention is Quality of life changes to TFB and is predominantly intended to be played on Finest Gents sever. Changes to this mod are done by suggestion on that discord sever and with agreement from staff members. With this being said this mod has no intention of advertising or passing anything this mod provides as its own content for the following reasons:
1)This mod would not exist without the hard work done by TFB who got most of their work from Total war.

2)The developers of this mod do not care for credit for anything made in this mod (the belief is that all of this is done in an efforts of improving the enjoyment we get out of these games not accreditation for our time spent modding it.)

3)The developers will work off suggestions which may be based off others work but we are unaware of this fact and because of this we never want to publish work as our own even if we unknowingly did so.

4)If it was possible this mod would only be available to those who play on Their Finest Gents server however steam does not provide such an option but also we do not want to remove any original work that could be used by others.

Overall we do not ask for credit if you do use anything from this mod, Please be aware that we pass nothing here as our own for the listed reasons above, Please reach our if you have seen content that is yours and wish for credit But note that if it was possible this would not be a public mod but rather a mod for Their Finest Gents server only and would be for private use.
