– Plane modules rework for more realistic impact on the battlefield
– Medium airframe can also be naval bomber now
– On map terrain modifier concerning attack has been changed to 100% to any province and the adaptable trait terrain modifier bonus of 30% has been removed to counteract overpowered attacker divisions. This effectively makes the game more balanced.
– IC cost of supply hub decreased to 5000
– IC cost of railroad decreased to 150 and no longer increases with level
– Ships & ship modules rework for more realistic costs and production numbers
– Recon cam is needed for naval patrol
