From "Medals For Everyone" to "Traits For Everyone"

Very simple mod which changes two things:

1. No Mutually Exclusive Traits anymore, meaning you can go both Infantry Expert and Ambusher (or any other combination if you like)
2. Enough Trait Slots for every single medal

You will still have to earn the experience for your Generals/Field Marshals if you wish to assign traits, aswell as having enough Command Power.

The AI also takes the opportunity with this mod
