Opinion Impact v2
This is a mod increases the effectiveness of Improving Relations in the diplomatic screen. The aims is to allow players to be able to ally or create useful agreements with minor countries.
This is done by increasing the maximum and minimum opinion value to 300 and -300 (triple the original values). However, the Improve Relations option has not been increased from the maximum of 100. Therefore, similar ideologies, spy diplomatic pressure or other opinion boosts will be required to achieve diplomatic success.
This will result in an increase in diplomatic reasons from a high country’s opinion up to 30 using a range of diplomatic boosts.
This is a re-release of the old mod due to loss of my original files.
Compatible with anything that does not edit 00_defines.lua.
