There are more emperors and there is an empress

The names of the cored states and provinces will change to their historical names during the Roman period

These countries can now establish Roma like Italy: Portugal, Spain, France, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria

These countries can now establish Eastern Roma like Greece: Turkey and Bulgaria

These countries can now establish Western Roma: Italy, Portugal, Spain, France

Third Rome can core all Roman lands but it is too expensive
