-Flag changes for both the revolution and post revolution

-missing territories of US such as lower New Mexico – did this!
-Custom units maybe? – I would suggest using MI2 united states, i have some stuff lined up but id have to get some permissions from a bunch of different mods I nabbed from so… yeah probably not happening.

Updated to fix the name with the new update
the states mod is updated as well, except now the great lakes region is no longer under UC control at the start since the anglois crisis is in the game, allowing you to take those states.
Manifest destiny still requires a tool mod to declare war on the western states and mexico until further patches are made to the base mod or someone who knows how to make focuses/decisions helps me
