1 resource factory will produce all resources
Warning: aparently building too much resource factory would result in extraction employement turn to negative and screw up the profit , to avoid such youd have to build 100 or 150 resource factory only which means full construction in 2 or 3 states
tip: given you should making banks in the oil exports alone , eventually the more the game goes the more expenses you’d have to pay specially in defense so my advice is once you eliminate your debt ,start dumping money into building other countries stuff to increase your money gained internationally
