What is Era of Capitalism? EoC is a mod with the focus of adding a more in-depth level of decision making regarding your country, from who to tax, to what Monetary policy you want to follow, or how your education system will impact your country.
All the systems try not to be very complex in scope, and to add a fun and enjoyable meta-layer to the game.
An in-game economy consisting of GDP, employment, taxes, budgets and tariffs, economic situation (Hot, Cold, Overheated)
Country currency which allows for expansion of the economy, and affects your country.
Also used for the Invesment mechanic, where you can invest money in other countries or viceversa!
Depending on your Government configuration regarding the economy, and other stats like the Level of Healthcar or the Education Level, your population will be more or less happy.
System of party coalitions, majorities and a Congress GUI for democratic countries. No longer being Democratic will be boring ** ****!
Civil wars extended system, with war phases and propaganda mechanics, incorporated the possibility of dynamic 3 way civil wars too
Influence and Power Level system, from Major Powers to Minor Powers, countries now will be able to influence others based on their power projection!
Dynamic weapons market, where you and the AI can pick decisions to buy and sell equipment on the international landscape, all for a small price. (Currency effects being worked on)
Now you must pay for what you produce! You can demand less than total output or buy all the produced material!
