Description:

I added the first MD submod that you can play as germany to reclaim the east side for Posen, Silesia, Pomerania and Prussia provinces. This is my first time I made my own submod.
I hope you like my submod but if there’s any problems, suggestion and make positive feedback, I will responsed this comment.
