Larger Event Window
For the poor sods using tiny screens.
Should be Ironman/Achievement compatible right now (and will likely remain so).
Will need to be updated if Paradox decides to add a new event type.
Expands the normal and news event windows to be wider so it can fit on screens that are vertically-challenged.
Also makes event options have 2 columns and be left-aligned.
Events are about 55% wider.
News events are a bit ugly due to stretching, but unless I magically become a god at image editing it will stay that way.
