Supreme Council v2
Supreme Council is a non-intrusive cheat/tweak mod. It only helps the player and not the AI!
It adds over-powered units/equipment, cheap ships/fighters/missiles and super buildings that can even add resources!
It also includes a fun event, accessible through the console command "event supreme_council.1". Check out more details below:
New techs that allow you to tweak how strong your nation is:
– Super powerful/fast ground batallion with specialized military equipment;
– Cheap fighters, battleships, carriers, subs, destroyers that build almost instantly;
– Add all resources to any of your states by constructing a brand new refinery type;
– Boost your country with nation-wide bonuses through new technologies;
– Shoot cheap missiles at your neighboring enemy nations.
Most tweaks are scalable – They start gentle, then go crazy if you want.
– 3 levels of ground equipment;
– 2 levels of boosts to nation;
– 2 levels of increased factory slots;
– 2 levels of boosts to industrial output and construction speed;
– 2 levels of boosts to navy;
– 2 levels of boosts to airforce;
– 2 levels of resource creation;
– Build any of the fighters of major nations. For instance, build Bf-109s as Finland, P-39s as USSR or Zeros as USA.
Includes special events accessed through the console command "supreme_council.1". This command gives extra toys:
– Add as many research slots as you want (I haven’t discovered the limit yet);
– Change party popularity within your nation, enabling quicker flips to a faction of your choice;
– Add stability, war support and command points;
– Decrease world tension;
– Add political points.
Notes:
– Personally, I enjoy creating a single cheat ground division and keep it at my capital, only using it in emergencies. These cheat units encircle and eliminate entire armies very easily.
– The intention is to not change content or game mechanics. I have modified the least amount of files possible. So far, they are only a few text files, all edited with notepad, with no custom graphics added.
– There are blocks so the AI doesn’t use the additions from the mod.
– The only tech-tree used is the Infantry Support tab. Otherwise, there should be few conflicts with other mods.
– The mod was created with all DLCs up to Man The Guns. Paradox’s DLC hoarding makes the upkeep for other DLCs impossible.
Enjoy!
