Upon his victorious arrival in Shady Sands, General Oliver, brimming with pride, was suddenly brought back to earth by the harsh reality before him: the sight of destroyed homes, the populace traumatized by the horrors of the Civil War—elements of devastation he had thus far neglected.
However, confronting the stark truth of California’s plight did not dismay the general. As a devoted Californian Son he was undeterred. He stood ready to guide his country through its turmoil and elevate it to even greater heights.
This submod adds a focus tree for the Mojave Territories, after Oliver wins in the NCR Civil War.
