Overview:

HHM is designed exclusively for multiplayer. It maintains the vanilla feel of Hearts of Iron IV whilest having several key changes:

• Map Changes: A revitalized North Africa.
• Focus Trees: More focuses and streamlined paths.
• Designers: Balance for tanks and planes (earlier chassis have less special slots).
• Doctrines: Doctrines are more distinct.
• Techs: Rebalanced technology tree with some QoL changes.
• Elwolf Rules: Enhanced multiplayer organization tools (host tool and gamerules).
