More Wargoals
Small and simple mod that adds new custom war goals to the game:
– Subjugate: takes slightly longer, slightly reduced world tension, reduced cost to puppet;
– Liberate: takes longer, reduced world tension, reduced cost to liberate;
– Topple Government: takes about as long as conquer, reduced world tension, reduced cost to change government
