Kaiserreich Design Companies Expanded

This mod will give additional designer companies to following countries.
GEA – added capitalship company, LEP artillery company
LEP – added GEA motor company, aircraft company
MAF – added capitalship company, rebalanced tank and artillery company
OTT – added capitalship company
BAT, WHR, UKR , POL, LIT – Yes finally they all share companies properly. And I decided to let them share company even if they are not in Reichpakt. So the can share company even if they are with russia, international, or else.
SER, ROM – they shall share some of their companies and bit buffed strength sine they have to fight stronger austria
and also they both share french naval company once they complete their own naval focus. I first wanted romania use russain ones but for some reason russia can’t use their own. So I changed romanian ones to french one also
with 1.9 update serbia can’t go into sea unless it forms yugoslavia. so if you want to unlock naval companies you have to form yugoslavia and do yugoslavian naval focus tree.
AST, RAJ, SAF, POR – Updated some CAN and NFA naval and aircraft company to fill the gap they’re missing. Aso when AST and SAF joins international, they will use International ones instead of entente companies.
CAN – added NFA small ships company since canada had none
NFA – added CAN capital ship company since it don’t have one befroe retaking france, company will be locked when you unlock french capital ship company after you retake france
PRF – they can get access to GER, RUS, Japanese companies once they chose which factions to join
HND – they can get access to Internationale companies once they join internationale
SPA/SPR/SWF – countries with spanish tags can get access to reichpakt, entente, international companies once they join their own factions (kingdom of spain for example can choose either reichpakt and entant comapanies since they can choose one by focus)
bul/greece – Bulgaria will gain german companies. Greece will gain companies once they complete nationalize foriegn industry focus
