Unnerfed Occupation Laws

For: 1.12+
When 1.12 hit it heavily nerfed compliance-gain laws to the point that if you don’t la resistance to build collaboration governments you had to deal with massive losses from resistance, resulting in non-dlc owners to be worse-off and governments-in-exile to be insanely strong. This also caused tedious micro and unfairly hurts small nations that win against any nation bigger than it.
This mod fixes all of that by reverting changes to occupation laws to pre-1.12 values
Martial law, harsh quotas, forced labor, and brutal oppression were left untouched as the buffs given to them in 1.12 were needed.
NOT compatible with mods that alter the occupation_laws.txt file.
