Core with compliance
Ever got sick of having to choose between provisional government or nothing? Would you rather have your occupied territories as cores at 80% compliance? Well, this mod is for you!
Instead of nothing when you choose not to create a provisional government, now you’ll be able to core it instead!
Note that it only cores the territory you control of a given country and you won’t get all of that country’s cores. If you do make a provisional government, then you won’t be able to core the given country.
AI also gets this event at 80% compliance.
