Unlocalized Equipment
Updated for 1.14 "Bolivar" / Trial of Allegiance
(still backwards-compatible if you wanna play an old version)
Makes equipment say straight what it is, without the confusing names.
So in essence it makes guns be called "Guns 2 (39)",
planes be called "Fighter 2 (40)", and so forth.
This should make lendlease much less confusing, among other things.
Also made ships be
"36 Destroyer" instead of
"1936 Destroyer Hull"
