Description:

It provides two decisions which has no requirement, "Add 1 million manpower" & "Add 10 million manpower".

• NO AI! Only available to player controlled nations. AI cannot benefit from these decisions.
• Millennium Dawn, Kaiserreich and Old World Blues compatible.
• It should be compatible with every other mod except overhaul mods which overrides decisions folder.
