Are awesome, but they cost SO MUCH! My allies wouldn’t charge me all I got just to manufacture a Sherman tank! This mod makes everything cost 1 civilian factory!
Requesting to get a license to produce any equipment now only costs a single civilian factory.
Time and technology disparities no longer affect the cost. However, countries may still refuse to hand you a license, and it is still less effective to produce licensed equipment than your own.
