Transamur Expansion
Expands upon Transamur content by adding minor National populist path and post-unification focus tree.
Inspired by future rework of Russia, but doesn’t use any content (other than one portrait).
* Added Mikhail Diterikhs as possible national populist leader.
* Ideologically compatible Transamur can unify with Russia early.
* In event of Russia going socialist, some border states will defect to Transamur.
* Couple new cosmetic tags, so country doesn’t keep being called Transamur when it’s on both sides of the river.
* Optional content for restoring monarchy, with Nikita Alexandrovich as tsar.
