Yet Another Productive Mod

General Changes
  • All templates and designs are free.
  • XP cap increased to 2000 from 500.
  • Divisions can be trained to Regular before deployment.
  • Special Forces Cap is removed.
  • Linear General Grind.
  • Partial Pregrinds for Germany and Soviet.
  • Capital Ships can be assigned 10 dockyards.
  • Game Speed Seconds changed to: (30, 0.3, 0.16, 0.08, 0.06) from (2, 0.5, 0.2, 0.1, 0)
  • Supply Hub cost reduced to 10k from 20k.
  • Supply Hub max motorization bonus range increased to 2.5 from 2.2.
  • Reduced convoys needed for lend lease. Fuel lend lease needs no convoys at all.
  • All licenses cost 1 civ.
  • Added camelry, irregulars & penal battalions to all countries.
  • Volunteer cap is not limited by army units.
  • General division cap increased to 40 from 24.

Balance Changes
  • Nerfed Adaptable to 20% from 30%.
  • Intel network max planning penalty reduced to -5% from -100%.
  • Intel network max entrenchment penalty reduced to -2 from -5.
  • Tank Changes:
    • Tank engine & armor clicks don’t reduce reliability.
    • Heavy Cannon 3 costs the same resources as High Velocity Cannon 3.
  • Infantry Changes:
    • Guerilla Tactics is removed.
    • Special Forces Infantry costs 180 Infantry Equipment per battalion.
    • Mountaineers Holding the Line doctrine doesn’t give +10% defense.
    • Paratroopers Combat Insertion doctrine is disabaled in the game rules.

  • China is unified but heavily debuffed.
  • Merged / annexed various small states.
  • Merged various small cores.
  • Added impassable borders in Gibraltar, Caucasus Mountains & Clown Front.
  • Added a few small naval crossings in Philippines & Indonesia.
  • Indonesia is a free democratic nation.

Annex Buttons
  • Japan gets decisions to annex AI MAN & MEN.
  • United Kingdom gets decisions to annex AI Commonwealth countries to each other after 1937.
  • Germany gets decisions to annex AI Axis Minors to each other after 1937.

Oil/Fuel Changes
  • Increased base fuel capacity to 300k from 50k.
  • Increased oil in Muntenia to 82 from 44.
  • Increased oil in South Sakhalin to 39 from 3.
  • Added oil fields in Algeria & Lybia. (32 Oil)
  • Gave UK Curacao oil state & resource rights to oil in Iran.
  • Increased fuel from refineries to 96/day from 48/day.

Event Changes
  • Removed the option to decline Rhineland & Sudetenland.
  • Removed the option for USA to go to war over the Panay Incident without asking for compensation first.
  • Removed Vichy France & Franco-British union decisions.
  • Naval Treaties:
    • Removed war goals.
    • Reduced penalties to -5% Stability and -10 Political Power from -10% Stability and -150 Political Power.
  • Removed 10% war support option for USA from TOA communist gouvernment event.

Country Specific Changes

United Kingdom

  • Commonwealth Ties focuses reduced to 35 days from 70.

United States of America

  • War Support required for The Giant Awakes increased from 30% to 40%.
  • War Plans focuses reduced to 35 days from 70.

Germany

  • Herman Göring-Werke & KdF-Wagen civilian factories increased from 6 to 9 each.
  • Added 2x 75% bonuses for Artillery to Army Innovations II.
  • Removed manpower & infantry equipment requirements for all focuses.

Soviet Union

  • Cowed by Stalin trait penalties removed.

Japan

  • New Naval Estimates dockyards increased to 10 from 4.
  • Alliance with Siam annexes Siam if it’s AI.
  • Carrier Warfare Experiments & Supremacy of the Battlefleet are no longer mutually exclusive.
  • Liaison Conference gives +1 operative slot.

Italy

  • Is able to delete colonial templates.
  • Ethiopia’s Boarding the Train focus increased from 35 to 210 days.

Swiss

  • Limited gold trade to 1 level. (can not be increased)
  • Removed focus Trade Agreement with Germany.

There’s probably some more very minor changes I forgot to mention here.
