Train To Veteran UPDATED (1.14)
Information
This mod simply allows for higher training, whether the troops are in Recruit & Deploy, or if they are already deployed. The original vanilla version only allows training up to level 2. It is not ironman friendly since it changes the highest level maximum for training troops.

- Modified Max Training Level to 4 (Veteran)
Compatibility
This patch should work for all vanilla-based overhaul mods that do not modify the unity levels. Most major overhaul mods do not work with TTVU, but compatibility patches will be made in the near future. AI CAN ALSO TRAIN TO VETERAN.
