-Changed old PRC portraits

This mod replaces the in-game portraits with AI generated women. It is inspired by -TL- Koleto’s "The Best Portrait Mod."

If I miss a portrait or if you want me to redo a portrait, leave a comment. I’ve gotten quite busy, so work on the mod has slowed down.
