Paper education mod
this mod adds Paper Education from Basics in behavior. you start with a good industry and you have good research. but because you are controling a school, you have a bad army industry. you have advisors like Miss Circle and Alice. be carefull because if you relly on them to much you will risk them becoming leaders unless that is what you want.
i know that the location can seem bad, but that is because i am making a bigger mod that adds other countries and when i make that one, things will be better. this is just a stand alone. i will let you know when the big mod is available.
