Runeterra – Quarior patch
This is a submod for Runeterra, where this features will be merged to the main mod.
Fix polical ideologies focus and laws with the new ideologies system.
Fix some features on Demacia.
Set up some new names.
Cities-states of Harelport and Mudtown can be selected in the start of the game.
Add some formable nations.
Add decisions to switch ideology (AI not use in historical). By default in game rule, it is turn off.
Add Osha Va’Zaun Canal.
Set up continents.
Some wars’ name.

Note (specially for the devs):
You need to delete the localisation files from Runeterra to be sure is worked, because I re-organize the files. So, before merge, made sure put the same organization.
For some reason, Wisteria character doesn’t work.
