This mod introduces the addition of different countries and states that can be separated from a country, for example, at a peace conference.
The mod works with modified vanilla maps so they can be used there too.
I made most of the flags for the post-Soviet countries based on the flags of their provinces and cities (some ugly flags will soon change).
Languages: English, Russian (in plans), I can add other languages if native speakers of the game languages help me.
