Reichkommissariats Reworked
This mod is a rework of the existing Reichskommissariats (RKs) mechanics, with some little extras that are too small to have their own mod.
Base content (version 1.0) :
– New Reichskommissariats have been added in the east : Moscowien, Kaukaus and Turkestan.
– The territories of the RKs Ostland and Ukraine have been modified to be more historically accurate, with the possibility of expanding them.
– The RKs now have their own tag and a shared focus tree, which will allow them to get rid of the starting penalties I’ve given them and develop their industry. That way they don’t waste time doing the army branches of the generic focus tree and they build factories for germany.
– The RKs don’t start with cores on their territory, they gain them through their focus tree.
Extras :
– The german focus "reintegrate luxembourg and Alsace-Lorraine" now takes 35 days.
– Southern Jutland can now be cored by Germany through a new 35 days focus.
Version 1.1 :
– Germany will form the eastern RKs even if the soviets havn’t capitulated.
– The soviets will get events to reintegrate the RKs outside the peace conference.
Extras :
– The Germans will now lose their core on southern Jutland if they capitulate, as they do for the Sudentland, Alsace-Lorraine or Luxembourg in Vanilla.
Version 1.1.1 : (still to be tested on a complete run, may have some bugs)
– The reichskommissariats decisions have been moved under the "Form greater german reich" category.
Extras :
– The french state of franche-comté has been expanded to the title south of it (the one west to Geneva).
– Belgium has a new state, "Eupen-Malmedy", consisting of the title north of luxembourg.
– The german focus "reintegrate luxembourg and alsace-lorraine" has been renamed to "reunite with the western germans", and will now also core eupen-malmedy.
– The "form the HRE" decision has been modified : istria is no longer required nor cored, but franche-comté, northern slovenia and Liubliana are now required and will get cores.
– The Germans will lose their core on Eupen-Malmedy if they capitulate.

Future plans :
– Adding a mechanic for germany to annex and core the RKs, by sending germans settle the areas.
– Include the possibility to dismantle France, the same way Napoleonic France can dismantle Germany.
– Allow Romania to integrate transnistria (the states of Odessa, Vinitsia and Balta-Tiraspol).
– Modifying the "Form greater german reich" decision in order to gain cores (i’m thinking of bohemia and morava, potentially northern slovenia and western poland).
– Adding a way to core switzerland as germany
