Super-Heavy Tank Fix
Super-Heavy tanks suck. Not because they are bad, but because Paradox made them not good. So, I fix.
For one, they are no longer restricted to a singular company (which fixes a huge terrain nerf issues).
Second, they now have marginally more reliability, with adjustments to their cannons and turrets, which now provide far less of a punishing debuff.
Lastly, their terrain debuffs are a bit more reasonable. Marshes of course make these things practically stationary, whilst terrains like forests dont do as much as they did. I mean, what is a tree going to do against Il Duce?
