ERX Submod that adds General Rowlandson from For the Enclave as a Commander for Purists.

How to get him:
1. Election Anderson and Complete the Purity Focus
2. Control Cottonwood Cove and New Vegas.
3. Wait a couple weeks for the event chain to trigger

Requires Old World Blues (OWB) and Enclave Reborn Redux (ERX)
