Compatible with 1.5.4 and will work fine with future updates (devs tend not to mess much with affected files during updates).

Reduced the sizes of 3D units:
infantry – 45% of original size
mech/moto – 70%
horses – much smaller
tanks – no change
planes – 50%
ships – 50%
some particle sizes are also resized, such as muzzle flashes, gun smoke, explotions (to be right sized compared to resized models).

Original sized units and building were real pain for me because they created visual mess on screen and it was difficult to concentrate. First idea was to just remove land 3D unit sprites at all and leave only air and navy, because I need them to be reminded that they exist. But after trying 45% sized infantry I found out that it is actually looks great and plays great. The map is much cleaner and I can use 3D modes as more intuitive way to monitor tactical situation. I started to spend much more time in full zoom mode to assess situation. Planning of army attack/defense lines also improved.
