This is my first time modding and it was to get this submod for Millennium Dawn running. Please critic me on syntax as to improve the submod in the near future. The main issues I see currently are the file size due to not being able to separate just the Japan files from the rest of the countries, and not knowing how to create a general only through a national focus. For now unless Millennium dawn updates the mod will run smooth, and unfortunately the added generals are just available at the start instead of only through focus.
Plans for the future are to obviously fix issues, but the path is a pretty nationalist centric. I want to add a western path in the future as well as an emerging path. The original story of GATE does lead to Japan becoming its own force on the international stage, so that is what I stuck too for now.
