Vanilla Colonial Puppets
Ever felt like Vanilla HOI4 should have had some Colonial Puppets at the start of the game?
This mod adds 13 new Colonies that are controlled by European nations currently holding Colonial holdings. Each Colonial puppet has been given three distinct National Spirits that gives them some nerfs and buffs.
The puppets are not mean’t to be historical, and are simply there to be puppets
Most of the flags are unhistorical and made up, but a lot of them are also real, but not representing of the colonies i have created.
The puppets are largely made of territories spending a continent and not Colonial Island holdings.
As of release there are but one decision to form a colony by a nation not having controlled colonies upon the start of the game, and that is Germany. Plans are made to give more nations colony decisions
