内容：增强了生产许可证。现在生产许可证许可的装备（及其衍生型号）不再具有产能减益。生产许可证花费固定为1民工，研究许可的相关科技具有300%研究加成。
兼容性：理论上兼容所有未修改生产许可证的mod（未经测试）
并没有修改AI的许可证授权倾向，因此强烈推荐联机和朋友使用
Content: We enhance the production license. Now a license from other countries result in no penalty to factory output (including the derivative types). The cost is fixed to 1 civilian factory per license. Licensing equipment offer your a 300% research bonus for the related technology.
Compatibility: Theoretically it is compatible with all mods that not change the production license. (not tested)
Highly recommend to use this mod with your friends together as I do not change the wiliness of AIs to offer you the license.
