Description:

Welcome to my first-ever Hearts of Iron IV mod! This submod allows you to play as Rojava, bringing the unique Syrian Kurdish struggle for democratic confederalism to the forefront of the Millennium Dawn mod.

1. Start a game in the Millennium Dawn mod using the 2000 start date.
2. Select Syria as your starting nation.
3. Either:
– Wait for the Syrian Civil War to break out naturally.
– Or use the spawn rojava decision in the Decisions tab to bring Rojava to life.

• Play as Rojava: Fight for survival and autonomy in the most complex regions of the modern world.
• Custom Focus Tree: A brand new focus tree for Rojava.
• Regional Revolution: Support Kurdish uprisings in Turkey, Iran, and Iraq.
• Bijî Serok Apo: Lead the revolution inspired by Abdullah Öcalan’s ideas of democratic confederalism.

This is just the beginning! I’m looking to expand this mod and refine its features, and I’d love your help. Whether you’re a seasoned modder, an artist, or just a fan with great ideas, feel free to reach out (I’m just a beginner). Suggestions, bug reports, and contributions are all welcome! Right now I won’t have any time to work on it, so if you want to expand on it using this as a base, that’d be amazing!

– Some focus trees and decisions may still have minor bugs.
– Balancing is ongoing and subject to feedback.
