Have you ever wanted to play as Western Russia but you didn’t want to release the subjects or do the united states of Russia but also wanted to reform the USSR without getting sanctioned? then this mod is for you! this mod gives you the choice to recreate the New Union Treaty and create the Union of Sovereign States. A proposed successor to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics
